How credits work

One credit builds one table board, including its layout, shopping list and packing note. Free Taster boards do not expire while saved in your browser. Credit packs and subscriptions are digital services covered by our Refund Policy.

Accessories are separate

Physical home and garden accessories are ordered from the shop and shipped within the UK under our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. They are billed at checkout, not with planner credits.
