Refund Policy

Planner credits and the monthly studio plan are digital services. Online payment is currently payment provider pending; once it is connected, the terms below will apply to paid purchases.

For digital services, you have a 14-day cancellation right from purchase, provided you have not substantially used the credits. If you ask us to start the service immediately and you use it, the right may no longer apply for the portion used.

If a credit pack is faulty, fails to deliver a board, or you change your mind within the cancellation window with credits unused, we will refund the unused portion to the original payment method.

You can cancel the monthly studio plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Email us with your account email and the purchase details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 days of agreeing them. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
